Customers can use profiles for the construction of machines, buildings, bridges, etc.

With our modern machinery we can make edge profiles from sheet metal of up to 20,000 mm in length and up to 200 mm in thickness. Our customers can then use these special profiles for the construction of buildings, bridges and much more. With our capabilities for working with extra long steel profiles with the press brake, you can avoid unnecessary welding seams in your constructions. Thus you prevent possible weak points in advance. We also produce steel cones, which are used as transition elements.

The forming technology of our innovative and modern press brakes enables us to build and develop particularly large and stable structures. In bending metal sheets, Otto Klostermann GmbH relies on new standards and opportunities for the future.

Mit unserem modernen Maschinenpark erzeugen wir ein Kantprofil aus Blech bis zu einer Länge von 20.000 mm und einer Stärke bis zu 200 mm. Diese besonderen Profile können unsere Kunden anschließend für den Bau von Gebäuden, Brücken und vielem mehr nutzen. Durch unsere Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten für besonders lange Stahlprofile mit der Abkantpresse vermeiden Sie unnötige Schweißnähte bei Ihren Konstruktionen. Somit verhindern Sie bereits im Vorfeld mögliche Schwachstellen. Wir erzeugen auch Konen aus Stahl, die als Übergangsstücke verwendet werden.
